By virtue of Law 13 signed into law in June 2007 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Health Authority (MOH) was established. The MOH has the competence to establish health policies and plans and to ensure that they are implemented in the Emirate of Dubai as the strategic health authority.
The Dubai Health Authority’s (MOH) Director General is His Excellency Qadhi Saeed Al Murooshid. Please be aware that the Dubai Health Authority Exam check-in process necessitates biometric (fingerprint) capture in order to positively identify applicants. The MOH Exams for Doctors are thus only offered in testing locations and nations that support biometrics. It is prohibited from doing so under municipal law.
